Polo Shawcross

Polo Shawcross is the nom-de-plume of an Australian writer. She's worked in a laundromat, as an unpaid horsebreaker, in publishing, the music business (as artist and employee), and in fashion sales and hospitality. Like Polo, she just wanted to read but had the notion of running her own publishing company. Being rather financially-challenged, currently the empire encompasses only epublishing.

Due to computer breakdowns, ill health and having to move 4 times in 28 months, including one interstate, Books 2 and 3 are complete but delayed, now due out together in mid-2016.

Enjoy. And as Godley and Creme said (in their song about the music biz) "Art for art's sake. Money for God's sake."
