What can I say, I am a regular Jamaican residing in Kingston. I grew up in a relatively large family (4 brothers 1 sister). I now have a family of my own and find myself doing a lot of writing in my spare time, much like I used to when I was growing up. When I was growing up I used to read anything I could get my hands on, it didn't matter the genre. I think this impacted on me because I get all sorts of ideas when writing and come up with stories that fit into different genres. Look out for them.
This illustrated book is a humourous look at life through the eyes of a pre-teen boy as he leaves home for the first time to go off to a new school. It gives us a glimse of his new experiences, the scrapes he manages to get himself into along the way and the ingenious ways in which he manages to get himself out of them.
