About the Author
Arthur Watson is an industrial electrician who was born in Charleston, South Carolina in 1957. He is the ninth child of William and the deceased Dorothy Watson, both from the beautiful Island of Edisto. His mother, Dorothy, had always encouraged her children to never accept the word can’t. After a near death experience, he was inspired by his wife to write. With a résumé of unpublished poems, and the experience he had writing romantic letters to wives and girlfriends during his arm forced days, he began to write. Silent Voices is his first of many novels.
