Snjezana Mulic was born in Sarajevo, where she graduated from the Faculty of Political Science, Journalism Department.
The Society for Endangered Peoples BiH nominated her in 2005 for the Nobel Peace Prize. For more than ten years she was an editor on Dani magazine, after which she worked on Slobodna Bosna magazine, and then at TV Hayat. She has written the script of two documentary films. The Well Measured Coffin is her first collection of short stories.
The author had also written a novel, ‘Povratak’
(Return), which was published in 2009 by Buybook in Sarajevo.
Piano družba from Ljubljana, Slovenia, published her novel in Slovenian language in April 2011. The novel is expected to be published soon in English.
