Dr Spencer Scoular
Biography
Spencer Scoular is a self-funded scientist-philosopher and management consultant. He holds a PhD from the University of Cambridge and is a former consultant of McKinsey and Company.
By being outside of the sociological forces and funding pressures of academia, he is able to move seamlessly across disciplines to synthesize science. This allows him to step outside of the current paradigm of science, and propose a new paradigm and a new scientific worldview.
He is uniquely qualified to consider how science can represent qualitative nature, since his Cambridge PhD was on the related subject of how various digital sampling strategies can uniquely represent classes of analogue signals.
