Sabrina Rochemont

Biography

Curiosity about the transition towards the digital economy led Sabrina to join a volunteer research working party and to develop a two- year, global chronicle about the topic of a cashless society. She now focuses on the disruptive dynamics of cryptocurrencies.

A Cashless World in Motion chronicle:

“A Cashless World in Motion” is a chronicle produced from 2017 as an integral part of the co-authored paper “A Cashless Society – Benefits, Risks and Issues”. A further addendum was penned some months later, as well as “A Cashless Society in 2018”, which described developments during a tumultuous year for the topic. The chronicle has already supported several contributions towards public consultations and debates on themes related to the future of payments and the use of cash.
