I have to say when I read the description I was intrigued. As I started to read the thrill of what the description made me feel ran out. The female lead is very clingy, and very typical so much so I can't even remember her name anymore! I don't know, this plot had so much more potential. And then it just slipped into something absurd. It's a good flip through I guess, and would I read the next one, yeah sure why not - but that's just me - i like to stick onto painful stuff just cuz I like a closure in anything i see or read. here's crossing my fingers that the next one is better if there is a next one!

I just loved the novella - i just wish it was longer - and i can hardly wait for the next installment. It is so good to see sicarius open up more with amaranthe. It leaves you addicted wanting for more of their interactions. This was a breakup between Yara's point of view and Amaranthe's of course. And it gives you a better understanding of Yara and humanizes her to an extent where you finally start accepting her as part of the team. Great job by the author!
