Michael L. Williams is an author and journalist that has written extensively on historical subjects. His articles have appeared in more than 60 magazines and newspapers including the Civil War Times Illustrated, Proceedings, Boys Quest and many others. He has worked as a reporter at two Tennessee newspapers and currently free lances for the Knoxville Daily Sun and the Tennessee Star Journal. His work has appeared in several news sources and wire services including the Associated Press.
