This could have been a good story, but the writing is too disjointed to pull the reader in. Instead of jumping into the action, or setting up a scene, the reader is thrown into a good-bye that isn't described well, we find that the people have been genetically altered yet have no sense of a person. Dialogue was stilted; I just couldn't go past the 11th page

meh. and, continuity alert; mike shoved the profs hand down past his hairy pubes, yets his balls were shaved clean. and they were on the front porch; either the prof liked the thought of doing it in public and getting caught or the author could have set up the scene to let us know there was a little privacy there.

this story started out well, yet too much time was spent tellling us about emily johnson, her "delicate use of power", those 3 inch jimmy choos blah blah blah.... a few descriptive lines to let us know she's a prissy little thing who's impress with herself would have been enough. had to stop reading mid-way

A good story, but it could have used more descriptives and cohesion. Some grammatical and punctuation errors, and the characters felt flat.

Sam is a jerk, Reed is flat, and Jeff is just not real enough to feel anything for. I couldn't finish it
  • Molly's Lips: Club Mephisto Retold on June 18, 2013

Sounds as though it should be a good story, but 10 pages into it and the writing is sub-par. Mephisto "acts as a top" in his club and says things like; "for real," "okay, she was a mess". I never felt a domme vibe from him, and the writing felt contrived, as though the author is trying to shock and titilliate instead of tell a story
