The book explains the three-employee-centered elements of leadership: connection, gratitude, and responsiveness. These elements represent a mnemonic, which when accessed, opens a window into human-relations leadership--a window that might otherwise be closed. Each element is portrayed via a case study. The book can be used for self-study, for leadership development, or as a textbook.
