This Same Earth: An Elemental Vampire Fantasy Novel

I absolutely loved this second editons to the Elemental Mysteries series. The beginning journal entries of the five years of B's life were a great introduction and wonderful and frustrating at the same time. You got to glimpse how B was growing up and continuing her education, basically making a life for herself. However, she still has not let go of hope that she may be reunited with Gio once again. You as the reader, become just as pissed and frustrated with Gio because even though he's trying to give her room to live her life without the distractions of his lifestyle, B is still so desperately in love with him and needs him in her life. Eventually, Gio does decide to come back into her life, and B is just not sure if she wants him now. Things are going good for her: a great new job, a wonderful boyfriend, and a cozy home. Life is good. But Gio is determined to make her see that he was absent for her own good, but now he is here to stay. Soon B sees that she cannot live life without Gio and she begins to slowly let him become part of her life again. However, his world is a dangerous one, and once again B becomes entrenched in some very life threatnening disasters at the hands of Gio's only son, Lorenzo. Gio enlists the help of Carwyn and Tenzin to help keep B safe.All the while, Gio is still trying to find our what happend with B's father, Stephen DeNovo, and his fathers library that he believes is rightly his. This is another fantastic story in the Elemental Mysteries series and literally had me on the edge of my seat. There was not one boring moment!!!
