Founded in 2012 by Steve Duncan and Jean Duncan, Rum Water Eyes Media combines the talents of this creative couple who write and produce film, television, documentaries, fiction and corporate communications content. Steve created the critically acclaimed CBS-TV one-hour Vietnam drama series TOUR OF DUTY. He was also writer-producer on many other projects including the ABC-TV one-hour action drama series A MAN CALLED HAWK (SPENCER FOR HIRE spin-off,) and the TNT original film THE COURT-MARTIAL OF JACKIE ROBINSON. Jean worked as a Staff Writer on the ABC Network Kevin Hooks series HE'S THE MAYOR, and free-lanced for other TV sitcoms. Steve is currently a Professor of Screenwriting at Loyola Marymount University School of Film and Television. Jean is a Domestic Theatrical Marketing manager at 20th Century Fox Filmed Entertainment..
