What's the story behind your latest book?
The story behind my book, "A Moth and A Flame", is about a young witch living in Greenwich Village. She doesn't know that she is enchanted, she just knows that she can fly and send sparks to anything that she touches. She is happy most of the time with her boyfriend, Johann, and her cat, Seven, but every now and then she longs for a place she sees in her dreams that is surrounded by sea. She does not remember being captured when she was a little girl, by a Daayan named Jurusha. And unbeknownst to her, Jurusha is planning on capturing her again, and taking her to the home of her birth, Ireland.
May is a young witch living in Greenwich Village. She is happy most of the time, but feels as if she came from another place and time. Unbeknownst to her, a Daayan Witch, is bent on capturing her again and taking her back to Ireland, the home of her ancestors.
