Patricia Taylor

Biography

I am Patricia Taylor and I’m an author, motivator, consultant, and speaker. I help single and struggling mothers alike develop an enlightened mindset and plan so that they can help others and create a financially free life for themselves and their families.

I was a party girl with very little responsibility when I found out that I was pregnant. I had my first child in March of 2008 as a single mom. Luckily, I was able to find some support with my parents; however I knew that I needed to create a better future for us fast. At the time I was working as a bank teller, unfortunately it didn’t last long as I moved to a nearby state. This increased my commute to work and I made it difficult to find a sitter to watch my daughter for very little pay a week. Alone in a new state with no idea where to find care for my daughter, with little support; I felt lost and clueless.

Over the next 3 years I went up and down between jobs, sitters, and LOTS of LOW UNSURE emotions. When things couldn’t be any more difficult I became pregnant AGAIN. With still no other real outside support I had hit rock bottom. My hours were being cut as each month passed closer to delivering my second child, and my options of finding a new job were slim to none. By receiving support from my parents that made me ineligible for A LOT of government assistance and I had absolutely NO IDEA where I was going to create a miracle from anymore. Then it hit…
I had been studying internet marketing techniques since October 2007. With success from the internet and statements from MANY people in between referring to how positive I had been around them and how much I changed the way they looked at things. Many lives had been changed because I had constantly encouraged them to be positive, make brighter decisions and listen to their TRUE voice. Through others encouragement I set out to look further into my own “challenges” and what I could do to help others with the same problems. Finally, it clicked.

I realized that I was meant to encourage and direct single struggling moms towards a more enlightened way of thinking there by creating financially free lives for themselves and their families. This would create a NEW WAVE of single moms that would not have to rely upon any financial support that they could get and in fact they would be able to give back to their communities. In turn I am hoping to create a better name for single moms, since I have also had enough with men and women alike putting single moms down when all we are doing is looking for direction and some assistance to get back on our feet.
