Tenaya E. Jacob was born in Sydney, Australia where she grew up until the age of seven. She moved to Columbus, OH where as a teenager and young adult she wrote many poems, which were published in “Seasonings of the Soul”. She is married and has two adult children, a granddaughter and several stepchildren. Tenaya lives in southeastern Ohio with her husband and enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She has a bachelor degree in healthcare and does web design and writing during her spare time. “For the Love of Ruthie” is Tenaya’s first romance novel and she is now working on a paranormal romantic suspense. She has other publications, which include her poetry and children's stories.
