My name is Bill, and I am The Fermented Gourmet. After years of tasting wine/beer/spirits, and travelling to remote parts of the world, I am now enriching lives with my words. Mine has certainly been a road less travelled, and many might cringe at the thought of tasting Burgundies in a wine cellar at 9:00 in the morning. However, that is just one example of the daunting tasks I've been asked to perform throughout my career. I have endured my hardships with great enthusiasm and now present them in my own, unique way.
