My diet had gotten so limited by IBS that I was a complete mess. I started doing research and found the low FODMAPs diet and subsequently Elise's blog. I am still in the elimination phase so I cannot speak to the diet but: Elise's blog and cookbook have motivated and inspired me to broaden my eating habits. While I am not a vegan I am enjoying tons of new produce and other delicious healthy foods and I owe alot of that to this book. It is a great starting place and very easy to adapt (like I can make a recipe and then have my choice of protein on the side). I really like that the food is nothing hard to find or never heard of. And it all works for a busy young wife and mother :o) Keep up the great work Elise!
