British author Timothy Frost began writing as a student, but a career as an advertising copywriter intervened, and it was many years before he accomplished his ambition of writing a full-length thriller.
His first novel of contemporary Caribbean skullduggery, "Final Passage", was published in 2009, followed by "The Abigail Affair" in 2010 and "The Shoot" in 2011.

Super stuff - an Australian murder mystery that twists and turns right up until the final denouement - which I guarantee you won't anticipate.
Lots of characters and lots of viewpoints make the puzzle even more alluring. As we get to know the protagonists, we can't see which of them can possibly be the culprit.
As the other reviews testify, you can't go wrong downloading Thin Blood, a thoroughly satisfying, professionally written page-turner.

Laura and Ryan's home burns down. A man's body is found in the embers but Laura is missing. The police seem baffled. Laura's best friend, website designer Desley James, takes matters into her own hands to solve the mystery. The more she probes, the more complex things become. Friends and family are drawn into the intrigue. Twist follows turn as the story builds up to a tense climax - and a most surprising conclusion.
Vicki Tyley has given us another fast-paced, highly readable mystery, set in her Australian homeland. It's a hugely enjoyable read, with fully developed characters and natural dialogue, and some well-judged romantic interest along the way. Vicki Tyley deserves all the success and acclaim that she is receiving both for this title and for 'Thin Blood', her debut book.
