As a child, I lived at Rideau Hall, Ottawa while my dad was Governor General of Canada. Later when my dad became High Commissioner to Australia, I lived in Canberra for almost four years. During these times I met many interesting people and traveled extensively. I moved to my current city of residence of Winnipeg, Manitoba where I am raising a family with my wife Marle and struggling with mental illness, specifically schizophrenia.
