Robert L J Borg grew up and was educated in London, England and has always held a passion for History and English Literature.

Although he immigrated to Sydney, Australia in 1988, and became an Australian citizen in 1991, Robert currently resides on the Cote d'Azur in southern France.

Robert is a member of Romance Writers of Australia.

He writes Historical Romance and Crime Commercial and Literary Fiction [Adult and Children] and Historical Non-Fiction, including poetry and travel writing. The latter mostly on his Blog.

Both books were released in a paperback version entitled "Romance in War - Volume One" on 15th November 2017 .

There are four books in the Sword and the Rose series: Book 1 "The Sword and the Rose", Book 2 "Embrace Amidst Orange Blossoms", Book 3 "Passionate Harvest" and Book 4 "Lady of Seville" are all available on Smashwords and Amazon. Although all the above are available as e-books. Book 1 of the Sword and the Rose is also available in paperback through Amazon. On 15th April 2017 books 2, 3, and 4 were included in an anthology paperback entitled "Sensual Liaisons: The Sword and the Rose Collection" also available through Amazon Createspace.

Robert's latest novel "Out of the Darkness" is a 66,000 word adult crime fiction with sensual romantic elements. It is due for e-release on 18th April 2018 and as a paperback on 15th May 2018. He is currently working on two works-in-progress.
