Biography
Ms. Wellcroft is a writer and dedicated animal rights activist living and working in Denver, Colorado. She grew up in San Francisco and moved to Colorado with her family in 2004.
Whitney lives with her boyfriend Brian in a cozy condo near the water, but still misses the Bay Area and her friends from UCSF. While they currently have no plans to move back, she admits it does come up in conversation fairly often.
Whitney is an avid reader, with her favorite genre being chick lit and women's fiction, but she also loves the classics. She is currently putting the finishing touches on a sequel to A Year of Being Me, in which she explores the world of internet dating for forty plus single women. She describes it as serious but funny.
