Kirsty was born in Glasgow where she still resides, she has been writing for quite a while now and published her first book last year, other projects that she has in the planning is an on line multi-member fully interactive role playing game based on her books as well as some childrens books, she is in the process of editing the balance of the books in the Dhakanon chronicles and from there is moving on to the Sylv chronicles or the Berrybush books as well as re-reading her stand alone books
