Biography
A. Jay Collins has spent over twenty years preparing for this novel. It became a labour of love, a commitment and a project wrapped up in one. Continually chiselling the characters, simplifying the plot, and more accurately describing the scenes only he would have seen during his own experiences, but tempering them with a lazy expression, he has presented a story that he could never truly finish in one novel.
Armed with a lifetime of travel and experiences in many places most may never visit, he weaves a web of interest and intrigue as the tale is told. This is a culmination of fragments of his experience woven together to provide authenticity to the narrative.
The story is a fictional one mixed with many facts.
A. Jay Collins lives in the Vancouver, BC, area and continues to work on other manuscripts, assembling them in part from memories turned to fictional accounts with loose bindings until the time comes for it all to come together.
