Jacob Smith is a Knight Templar, a secret order dedicated to protecting mankind from demons and the forces of Hell.
His territory?
The old west. Specifically New Mexico Territory.
Wilder's in town casing a bank, when he gets pretty busted up by three thugs.
Before he knows it, he's being dragged through an abandoned house and having his mitts stuck all over every surface you can imagine: door frames, light switches, cabinets.
Turns out, the thugs want a fall guy for some job.
But Wilder doesn't take the fall for anybody.
Wilder, like any good crook, is just trying to fence some loot. Diamonds, to be exact.
But now, come to find out, his fence says there's a syndicate he's gotta deal with, which means less of a cut for him. But there's just one problem: Dan Wilder likes to keep what's his.
A sci/fi, futuristic tale of people taking freedom into their own hands on a world riddled with EM storms that have destroyed all the basic necessities we take for granted: things like the radio and the cell-phone.
The only tech that works are the old-fashioned kind: steam and gas.
Original fiction that takes you through the air-pirate filled skies of Over the Sahara, to the brink of madness with A Remarkable Picture, and into the atompunk stars with The Hotel Ceres.
