I discovered this by accident, searching and reading reviews of the Norwegian metal band Fleurety, and since the author had contributed such a review that literally made me laugh out loud, I decided to follow up by reading his book. Yes I know "laugh out loud" and it's abhorrent diminutive 'lol' are amongst the most overused and insincere of phrases, but this time I mean it. I wasnt disappointed by Nihil's retina, enjoying this book thoroughly in just a few sittings, crammed inbetween jolts of tedious every day necessity, though you could manage in one. It's amazing how jovially the author describes the most bleak and hopeless of situations. You can really grasp his enthusiasm for obliteration. It might not be a very happy ending for the characters, but it was a happy ending for me. Highly recommended.
