Smashwords Interview

Where did you grow up, and how did this influence your writing?
I've spent my childhood in Greece before developing a taste for travel and go roaming around the globe. The magic atmosphere of the islands, the dales of Arcadia, and the philosophical background of antiquity gave me the purpose of uncovering and retelling, in a fictional framework, the rich, colorful currents of Tradition, and the spiritual foundations of the ancient world.
What kind of books do you write?
My books are about revolutionary dreams, studies of constructive imagination, and innovative action. They are products of painstaking research, in libraries and on the Internet. Each book is part of an underground history concerned with the myths, symbols, and secret events that bear on the development of the Arcadian Ideal. Stylistically, although I was trained in the evaluation of concrete facts and rational purposes, I prefer the self-conscious craft of fiction-writing or various forms of Narrative poetry.
