  • An Anxiety Story - How I Recovered From Anxiety, Panic and Agoraphobia on Aug. 12, 2020

I found the book quite profound. My anxiety started in my mid-fifties, when I grew a company larger than I expected. Too many details, too many people depending on me. I never perceived that I had real limits to my sense of emotional stability. My doctor prescribed LEXAPRO which I used as a crutch until I retired early. Now, I'm a writer and at peace.
