Easy to read - felt like a friend was talking to me, giving me a "pep talk". Lots of good advice! Some sort of shocking ideas and opinions are presented, but the author says that's ok - the main thing is to feel something - to learn to have opinions and reactions that are our own. Motivational and informative - glad to have read it.
