Wade C. Long

Biography

Wade C. Long is motivated by helping others to become optimal versions of themselves, and using multiple media platforms to do so. The author of both fiction and nonfiction titles, he splits his time as writer, musician and speaker. He has also hosted a podcast, Gems of Grace and a musical radio show, The Underground Lounge. Wade makes his residence alone in Sherman Oaks, California. He enjoys volunteering in community outreach efforts across Los Angeles and rooting for his hometown sports teams in football, basketball, and baseball.

Where did you grow up, and how did this influence your writing?

I grew up in Cleveland, Ohio. Cleveland is a hard working town with lots of great people. It's caught a few bad breaks over the years, but the people there have this great resolve which amazes me to this day. A lot of that resolve I try to bring out in some of my characters.

When did you first start writing?

I first started writing when i was 6 years old. Even before I could write I can recall making up stories in my mind and sharing them with family and friends.
