Ward Powers

Biography

Ward Powers has a B.A. in Greek from Sydney University, a M.A. in Linguistics from Reading University and a PhD in New Testament Ethics from London University. He has been a pastor at churches in both Australia and the UK, as well as serving on the faculty of Moore Theological College, Sydney Missionary and Bible College and Tyndale College. He is currently engaged in full-time Christian research and writing with a particular focus on helping people understand what the bible means in its original language, and how it applies to current issues.
