Rian Miranda

Rian Miranda is a writer, entrepreneur, and first-time author of the inspirational book titled "I'm Wide Awake: Transform Your Pain With An Open Heart", in the Philippines.

Since 2013, Rian is also a blogger for the Illustrado Magazine in Dubai, for the column On The Prowl. She continually shares in her writings some of her personal tips and life experiences to help fellow Overseas Workers abroad ease their homesickness. She launched her official must-read blog in 2016 titled, “The Raeviews”, wherein most of her articles have been gathered from other platforms she wrote for. In the same year, she and her best friend Leslie Fiestan launched “The Warrior of Hope” social network page to encourage people through daily motivation expressions and personal testimonies.

Rian is also a certified Culinary Arts professional; and a strong advocate of goal-diggers, and equality on human rights. She believes that we are all basically created to make one another's life better, and she is grateful to everyone who has been--and still--part of her learning journey.

When she's not working, she devotes her time to her family, as she firmly believes that the best gift that we can share to the world is not just kindness and talent, but also the fruits out of love.

I’m Wide Awake: Transform Your Pain With An Open Heart is based on actual life experiences from brave souls who did not allow their personal setbacks to fall from grace.
