  • The Reflections of a Narcissist on Aug. 05, 2016

The Reflections of a Narcissist, is a beautiful art work that combines poetry and short stories; the writer has strong captivating writing prowess. He is a poet, and a novelist, who brought the romantic innovations of joining poems and short stories in a book, to give the lover of romantic work the required dual satisfaction. The author's character; Mark Gaines, in ``The Sinking Feeling,`` represents the global society that embraces satisfaction in love for nudity and nude sights. They sacrificed money, journey etc to satisfy their urge for nude sightings and quest for cheap romantic experience. ''Nothing to Drop dead over,'' particularly made me laughed so much. Lovers that have no where to lay their heads except in a hotel bed on which a man just died there. Their arguments seems more of antagonism between a Conservative and a liberal. In the same manner, '' The inner view, '' depicts a total mental romance that derailed Tom from concentrating on his interview. The writer uses simple and easy to understand language. The book is beautifully formatted compared to most electronic books. The writer actually took his time working; his good power of description throughout the book, confessed to that. The book is a combination of fun and romance, which makes its readers to not only smile, but laughed as I found myself doing after every few lines. The poems in between the short stories, show the writer's vatic poetic eloquence as is observed in the free use of careful words noticed in the unstable and innovative poetic patterns of the writing. The poems contain free verses of orderly lines. It's a mixture of apparent to deep poems of meaningful posits. The author demonstrates skills and experience that is only found in a regular writer. This is a beautiful book for all lovers of good fictions.
