The author is a graduate of Montana State University in Applied Science in 1955, class of 1956. He has studied contract law and the Uniform Commercial codes of the United States and several states. He has taught several law courses to adults in the evenings in Arbitration, Negotiation, Mediation, and Ethics.
Students attending such classes included attorneys, and government administrators, as the classes dealt with the issues in a broader manner that most law schools gloss over.
Prior to teaching law courses, the author was engaged in engineering at several companies as a program supervisor and innovator in computer designs and their applications for business and military programs.
