Chief Warrant Officer 2 Mark Winters is the Special Agent-in-Charge of the US Army Criminal Investigation Command's Lakeland, Florida Office. Winters and his agents support all US Army felony investigations in the Florida Peninsula which include those relating to to Central Command (CENTCOM), Southern Command (SouthCOM) and Special Operations Command (SOCOM).
The series is a companion to and spin-off of the Allies Series and delves more into the police procedural aspects of military criminal investigations that frequently span the borders and take the series principals to Mexico, Canada, India, Japan and other foreign locals.
