Solid book, loved how the twins ummm....left the story lol..i dont want to spoil it but it was a solid effort. I read both books so far and gonna do a review on that one now, its a good read too. Looking forward to the third book of the serious. Maybe you can tell us what its gonna be about? Introducing a new character? Or more backstory on some of these characters? can't wait :)
Loved Tomb but I think I liked this one more because I didnt expect to feel sorry for an assassin. Not gonna spoil it for anyone but wow, sadly I knew a jerk like the one portrayed in this book...did you? You caught his ASSence well :)
Well, I am not really sure what is going on but I do have to say I feel it was a class act the author of this book message me personally to ask if I would be willing to explain my review. He stated he is doing this to all of the prior reviewers due to a personal attack, again, not really sure what is going on but I love this book because its different. IMO anyone who gives a wrestling book a 1 star isnt a fan of wrestling (and at the same time say its not a horrible book? Does that even make sense?).
I LOVE WRESTLING, thats even why my name is Rocky (no not the boxer but The Rock's original WWE name).
I see some have said the jokes were crude or immature but again a person who isnt a wrestling fan cant understand the humor because DX, HBK, HHH all those guys were the definition of crude and immature jokes in the 80's and us wrestling fans love it.
It was joke after joke, just like the real thing, like with Jerry the King Lawler commentating, and Wil B Creamin, is clearly cut from the same cloth. I havent even thought of this book in years but I am glad to hear its coming in audio format. Maybe the non wrestling watcher will get 'it' when its in audio format because honestly, reading it felt like I was watching it, not reading it, which in itself is an accomplishment.
