I probably would not let kids read this. With that out of the way, big kudos to Lacey for this dark and twisted take on a time-honored and innocent ritual, one we all know well (or do we?).Who would expect the lowly pumpkin to get even like this? I found this story impossible to stop reading and I was tickled in my scary place by its gruesome ending. Great story, keep em coming!!
