When did you first start writing?

The first proper attempt was in the mid '90's, it was a ghost story called 'Trucks' which I hope to upload here soon.

What motivated you to become an indie author?

While I enjoy writing I have found it hard to keep momentum with the trawl of submitting material to publishers, competitions etc. Going it alone, so to speak, offers a greater feeling of control over how my work is received.
