Edward Branley
Edward Branley is a former high school History teacher turned computer consultant and trainer. His day gig is teaching computer classes, mostly storage technology (hard drives and stuff) management, traveling worldwide to deliver classes. Edward is an independent scholar and historian, with five books by Arcadia Publishing on various aspects of the history of New Orleans.
Edward was born in Methuen, MA, but the family (mom from New Orleans, Dad from NYC) moved to New Orleans when he was two, so he considers himself a NOLA native. When not teaching or writing, Edward enjoys working with computers. He also blogs, as well as dabbling with podcasting and photography. Reading has been a lifelong passion for Edward; his Android tablet, filled with books, is rarely far away.
