    If you've read Rose Maru's biography, you know she's a bit of an enigma...a woman with an almost non-existent sex drive who writes erotica? That being said, she's a fascinating woman, and the most entertaining author of erotica that I have ever read. She gets the difference between erotica and run of the mill sex stories. Her stories are creative, imaginative, and are nicely laced with her unique sense of humor. I have read all her books, and have thoroughly enjoyed them all. The stories in this book are a bit more graphic than some of her others due to the theme of the stories...cum and other sex-related bodily fluids. She has created a wonderful character in Rosie, the star of all of her stories. One of my favorite things about her is the "truth" section of the book, which gives a little background on each story...where the idea came from, how much is true and how much is fantasy, and how she's working through her HSDS. This book and her others will stimulate the reader, but not just on a physical level. These stories, coupled with the truth about each stimulate the mind. Yes, they are sexy, but also intelligent and witty...and sometimes go places you wouldn't expect. It doesn't cost a thing to try out a sample...give her a read and you won't be disappointed.

    This is dark and twisty. It's a fantastic story, but this is not the light-hearted Rose from her other books. It goes some places that may be uncomfortable, while still finding a bit of dark humor and hope for the protagonist. All in all a very good read...a page turner once you get started. This is Rose with thorns. By all means, buy this and step outside of your comfort zone.

    I love Rose's style of writing. She is delightful quirky, and this book really showcases her personality. It's sexy, it's humorous, it's informative, and it's entertaining and honest. I've known Rose for a few years, and have read most of her books. If you've read any of her collections, you're familiar with her style. This book brings you a little deeper into her world, her personality, her triumphs, and her struggles. I love the Truth section she always includes. No one else does that and it's always interesting. And if she occasionally overcharges, that's OK because you get to learn a bit more about her. I like the fact that her husband is supportive and does her photography. And yes, she is a beautiful woman. Read this book, get to know Rose, and if you write to her,she will write back. I highly recommend this or any other of her books. Thank you Rose for sharing yourself with the world!
