Hello and welcome. My name is Brian Hutchinson. I was born and raised in a small town in West Virginia. After a lay off in the coal industry, I went back to college and received my degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant. With more free time on my hands, I started writing. When I was a child I loved to hear my grandmother and grandfather tell their highly unbelievable stories. I have always loved stories and more importantly telling them. That is why I write. I have two wonderful children, and a wife who supports me in everything I do. I could not ask for more.

I’ve never been fond of this ‘about me’ stuff, so bear with me.
I’m a writer of speculative fiction, and this is what I’ve always been. In my case, that tends to range between fantasy, horror and the just plain weird. I used to tell these stories in my head, but after a little more exposure to the real world I started to realise this could be seen as, well, unusual. So I stuck a pen in my hand, a keyboard under my fingers, and wrote them down. I hoped that if I enjoyed them this much, maybe everyone else would too. Those stories that have made their way into the big wide world (and even survived!) can be found at my Novels or Short Stories page.

Hi. I’m Francesca Hawley and I’m a fat chick. A woman with dangerous curves just like my heroines. Many people don’t like the word, “fat” but I do because it’s the truth and I’ve learned to own it. I am a fat chick and I always will be.
When I began writing, I wanted to create a fat heroine who loved herself—or at least learned to love herself—and a hot alpha hero who liked her jiggly bits just the way they were. Since I didn’t find many big girls to read about, I decided to write about them myself. After all, I loved to write and had been writing almost as long as I’d been reading, so Francesca Hawley – author of "Romance with Dangerous Curves" was born.
In a Francesca Hawley romance, ... read more

Surprisingly, truth is best told through fiction. That's my story and I'm sticking to it. Also, lies are best told through nonfiction, but I don't do that. With fiction, the story can be about anything so long as it has the stuff of life in it. The stuff of life -- aye, there's the rub.
