I am a mom, wife, NPC bikini competitor, fitness and business coach and TurboKick instructor.
In May of 2010, I found myself at my heaviest and unhealthiest. So I decided to take charge of my health. Within 14 months, I went from obese to competing in my first NPC Bikini competition. I realized that losing weight was not an event, but a lifestyle change so I set myself out to create wonderful, healthy, nutritious non-processed foods that my whole family could enjoy.
The biggest lesson learned during this journey has been keeping balance. I now share the knowledge I acquired with others.

L A Logan
L. A. Logan is an inevitable success in the literary world. In discovering L.A. Logan, you have yet to taste the brilliance of a debut literary diva and romance novelist. Her writings reflect authentic experience, comedy, and suspense, and are very relational to everyone, regardless of gender or cultural background.

I love to write. That’s pretty much all I do. Ask my family about the undone laundry, the un-bought groceries, and the fact that I rarely find time to get dressed in the morning. Actually, if you train your family right, they won’t notice any of these things. "Popcorn for dinner again, mom! Cool," say my filthy children. God bless them, they don’t know what panty hose are.
Oh, my poor husband.
Anyway, it took me a long time to figure out WHAT to write. So I spent years writing ads, brochures, and company reports. If I had to give advice to anyone--which, thankfully, I don’t--it would be that if you want to write books, start now. In fact, get the heck off this website and do it.

From the Talmud to the Wall Street Journal and from the Kabbalah to contemporary thinkers and authors… There are few men or women who can speak to the breath of readers with the breath of experience of Ricky Cohen. There are many who teach successfully but haven’t left the halls of academia. There are others who have succeeded in their respective marketplaces but haven’t had the opportunity to refine their ideas in front of thousands of men and women; to test them and build them with real people, in real time. Ricky Cohen has done all of the above.

Hi, just a little about me. I’ve always loved books and anything to do with books. Libraries and bookstores have long been some of my favorite places to visit. During school and any plaice I have lived the librarians have known me by name. Being a voracious reader, I love all types of stories romance, Fantasy, westerns, suspense; I even read technical manuals. From time to time my sister would tell me that I have read enough books to be able to write one. I would tell her, there is a big difference between reading and writing a book. One day I finally gave it a try. Several failed attempts and a few short stories later I finished my first novel. I pitched my story to some publishers and was rejected. ... read more

By adding the perspective of those ancient legends, I intend to bring new, exciting elements to the zombie fiction genre.

Morris' main concern which leads him to the deepest philosophical questions is the stability of human value; which, fundamentally makes him an ethicist. He has written: "I was raised in a devout household. Now in philosophical terms, I remain in the neighbourhood, but I occupy a different house. And when I speak of ethics, I speak between two or perhaps three impossibles: a). St. Paul's admonition in Romans 7:7 "I had not know sin but for the law'; b). Wittgenstein's refrain in the Tractatus-Logico-Philosophicus: "Whereof I cannot speak, thereof I must be silent" and finally, Kierkegaard's proposition concerning a faith that lies beyond the ethical. Together these animate my thoughts and my pen. However, they h ... read more
