No More Drama: A Practical Guide to Healthy Relationships

Rated 0/5 based on 1 reviews
No More Drama reveals the inner workings of what is perhaps the most common type of dysfunctional relationship between individuals, groups, communities, and nations.. More importantly, the book presents ways to exit from, and avoid these dramatic relationships. It's an easy read; yet coaches the reader into powerful new relationship skills. Highly recommended. I found No More Drama to be a thoughtful and useful deconstruction of the Drama triangle of Persecutor, Victim, Rescuer. As a therapist, I have used the Drama Triangle for years, to help clients. Gregory Boyce's book pushes my understanding further by providing useful alternative responses to the dramas that so easily hook anyone into these roles. Bravo to him for this book.
