About DeAnna Felthauser

I was born the youngest of five children in my family, growing up with two older brothers, as well as two older sisters. I was lucky enough to be raised on a farm in the small town of Newalla, Oklahoma before moving to the big town of Kansas City, Missouri when I was a teen. I have always loved books and have been an avid reader, which sparked my interest in writing early on, starting with poetry and songwriting.

In February of 2012, I made my dream a reality and became an independent author, self-publishing my first romance novel, A Million Wishes. It wasn’t long after that, that the second book in the series, Reflecting On Wishes was released. I am currently writing the third book in the Wishes series, Granting Wishes. My love for romance shows as I tend to write steamy, alluring novels that will make you squirm. At least I hope they do!

I have also decided to explore other avenues for my creativity and have expanded my writing talents by becoming a multi-genre author. I am enjoying working on my new paranormal romance series, Bound By Blood. I am a self-proclaimed music-aholic and I tend to have R&B Slow Jams playing in the background as I write.

In my free time you can find me watching my favorite reality TV shows, and I don’t mind in the least being referred to as a reality TV junkie. I’m also a huge fan of Game of Thrones, Vampire Diaries and True Blood.

Presently, I live in Oklahoma City with my husband of sixteen years, and our furbaby, a spoiled cat named Spanky.
