About Amy Laine

Hello, Amy Laine here! Welcome to my page! I write on here, Archiveofourown (Amurtinyburr12) and in the columns of my school textbooks.

I'm currently a student attending school (I'm leaving out the name of the school for obvious reasons) and I enjoy writing immensely in my free time. I'm hoping to study literature and creative writing in the near future. For now, I'm here.

I'm planning on turning a few of my older stories from a years ago into ones that require money. I'll also be creating more stories and sharing ones that I've written in the gap of my absence from this site that will require payment. I'm doing this because while I hold a job it's always good to find a way to pay for college and I hope this turns out to be a good source of income in addition to my normal job.

Thank you so much for taking the time to read this! Just getting this far is greatly appreciated.

Oh my gosh this was really touching. It was wonderfully written, although I hope not from personal experience. Overall it was amazing and it was very sad to read.
Nice work

This piece does well to embrace the real emotions one feels after the death of a loved one--not just sadness, but the complex cocktail of grieving emotions. The final part of the story is touching, but there wasn't much lead up to the message in the last paragraph. I know what the writer was trying to do, and with a little expansion in the rest of the story it could be very powerful.

I love, how you explain Katelyn's situation without too much detail, and are so...real with us. You go with the emotion, and I can tell none of it is fake. I wish this story was longer! I was sad reading the whole thing, and it helped me get over the death of my goldfish (don't laugh- he lived for 3 years!)

One of the best stories, I'd say that, the way this story is written, is amazing, i wish it was a bit more longer, I lost my very small cousin brother, and he was one awesome kid, the whole story kept me crying
