Another great story from Mr. Staver. A story mixed with humor and food for thought. For me, the decision would be an easy one, but for my brother? Well, that’s another story ;) Fun story and a break from Tom’s others, which I really like. Looking forward to more. Sill want to see "Encounter" turned into a longer story or novel, to see if he ever find the girl again.

Okay, I loved this story. I've read the other works by this author and have liked them all. This one is very different than his others. It is funny, very clever, and makes you think.

The deceased doctor, a non-believer (like me I suppose), has a chat with a couple angels and even, yes, Lucifer.

Some of my favorite lines from the story are: "LUCIFER! LUC-I-FER! Where the Heaven are you?" I love the play here using "heaven" instead of the word... well, you know.

Another partial line I'll give here, Lucifer chatting with Satan: "...Although hackers wreaked their computer hell on everyone else, Satan's computer was never bothered. The hackers weren't stupid." That had me laughing, well, until I thought about my teaching computer programming for years, and demonstrating how to hack other computers. Huum. I wonder where I'll end up? Gulp!!

However, my most favorite line, partially give here is: "...Gabriel smiled. 'Hello Lucy.'" I almost spit out my Gatorade I got laughing so hard. You’ll have to read the story to see why!

Honestly, if you have not read this story, or any of his others, please do, you’ll be glad you did!
