Philip Blood is a published author, computer artist, game producer and game designer currently living in the Los Angeles suburbs. He is an avid scuba diver, a voracious reader of sci-fi and fantasy, a tabletop gamer from way back and a computer game junkie with MMOs being the top of his list.
Earlier this year he published his new Science Fiction novel, zONE, The End and the Beginning. And recently he published a light-hearted urban fantasy, called Dragon Slayers, Incorporated. Mr. Blood is currently working on an MMORPG called Citadel of Sorcery, and is also working on a new fantasy series, called The Archimage Wars. Book 1, the Wizard of Abal is already available and books 2, 3 and 4 in the series are already finished, and currently in the hands of an Editor. Each of the books in The Archimage Wars series will be released three months apart, all the way to the end, so no long waits for the next novel! Sorceress of Atlantis is coming out on August 1st (for example).

This book continues right where the first one ended, and it also continued the good story telling and awesome characters. I LOVE the humor, and the climax, though quite different than the first novel, was kind of chilling. I didn't see it coming. Sorry, can't spoil it. I'm very curious where this is going. Can't wait for the third book. These are page turners, I finshed the first book the day I bought it, and the second one the next day. And, on the grammatical errors noted in Karhleen's review, in this new edition, that seems to be cleared up. Smooth sailing, great book. One of the best ebooks I've read. On to book three!

Again, as with the first book, there are so many grammatical errors. It kinda makes me crazy, but, somehow, I'm still able to enjoy the book. I haven't finished it, but so far it's pretty good. The plot is simple and easy to follow. It meanders a little, but keeps you turning pages. I'll finish it and order the 3rd book. I still want to offer my services to the author to edit his books for him, obviously he doesn't have a professional editor.
