About Ruth Ann Nordin

Ruth Ann Nordin has written almost 100 romances, ranging from Regencies to historical westerns to contemporaries. She plays with other genres from time to time, but her first love is romance. She has been happily married for twenty-one years to a sweet and funny guy, and they have four sons, who are all taller than Ruth now that they're 16, 17, 18, and 19. The good thing is she doesn't need a ladder, and there's always someone to take care of a mouse that squeezes its way into her Montana home. She considers herself very lucky to have led such a charmed life. Being able to play with characters and create stories is just icing on the cake. Hopefully, she'll get to keep doing this many years to come.

Love r.a.n books but sadly this book is not on par with her previous books.
That being said the book is a enjoyable read . A good regency romance with a dash of comedy..... recommend it for a one time read..

Many scenes were quite entetaining, there were also some pages I'd rather not read for being waaay too juvenile. If it weren't for the sex scenes I'd say this was for YA. However, the author delivered well on the character development of the main people in the story so it's more than just an okay read.

With varied reviews, I wondered if they read the same book that I did. I generally skim over the sex scenes, but the non-sex scene of the wedding night was quite interesting. I found myself reading as if I were drunk for several pages after. The story was highly entertaining with the exception of wanting to grab a bucket to catch all the rolling eyes. Thank you so much!
