Vangile has written a book that can speak to everyone. Money and emotions are part of our everyday, and we tend to overlook their profound influence on our lives, just as we sometimes do with food. This book is a gentle reminder to step out of the autopilot zone of your mind in the humdrum of everyday choices, a reminder to be aware of the emotions that motivate your choices. it equips you with quick exercises that bring you into the moment, and serves as a great reference to the many ways that one can become a master of their own mind.
