Anthony Sepe is a Clinical Dietitian, Published Author, Writer, Recipe Developer, and CEO of Medical Nutrition Therapy Services. He has helped consumers obtain optimal health through proper nutrition. Sepe has been in the profession for over 35 years. For several years he was educating patients about different diets and healthier food choices, and assisting individuals with eating disorders.
Mr. Sepe was featured in the Press & Sun-Bulletin along with his service dog, Phineas. Anthony is challenged with Cerebral Palsy and Phineas provided him with added balance and stability as well as companionship during the process of writing this cookbook. Anthony also provides a portion of the proceeds from his cookbook to the Cerebral Palsy Foundation through the Handicapped Children's Association of the Southern Tier New York.
Anthony earned an A.A. Degree in Liberal Arts and Science from The State University of New York at Broome Community College, an A.A.S Dual Degree in Food Service Administration with Emphasis in Nutritional Care from The State University of New York at Morrisville, a B.S. Degree in Dietetics from The State University of New York at Oneonta, and matched by D & D Digital Engineering and completed an Advanced PreProfessioanl Practice Program (AP4) Dietetic Internship Program.
Sepe has also received several Awards and Honors: Janice C. Bullock National Scholarship, Phi Upsilon Omicron Scholarship, Alumni Association Scholarship; President, Phi Upsilon Omicron-National Honor Society, and takes pride of membership in Cambridge Who’s Who.

Anthony touches on gender differences secondary to the eating disorder. Recommended reading for all health professionals working with individuals with eating disorders.
