I think that with this Ms Halle has jumped off the wagon of the usual heros (all machos stuff etc), although truth be told her writing were never 'usual' they are just good and real. With Dex she has created a character who has attracted a huge following, all eager for more. I for one will read anything Ms Halle writes about Dex and hope that she is abundant in her writings about him and Perry.

HOLY SHIZNIT!! Dex's POV was brilliant. Just when I thought I couldn't love Dex even more he pulls out all his charm and has me totally *swooning* How is it possible to have so much love for a fictional character? He seems so alive and vivid with each page. I become consumed by his words and actions, allowing me to be a part of his world..

How can you not love Dex when he says "It all fades away when I'm with you. Everything fades until its just you and it's just me. I'm Dex and your Perry and I love you. I won't stop loving you, even when you won't love me. I love you more than I can ever really tell you. I love you until the end." *SWOONING*

After reading first paragraph of this novella, it was clear that this story will be depressive. Dex was lonely, sad, self-pittying himself, without any aim in his life. Those who read Lysing Season know that Dex f*cked up and he f*cked up big. He hurt and lost love of his life and now he has to face all painful consequences.

But no matter how desperate Dex was, his snarkines never left him. I loved Dex before, but now, after reading And With Madness Comes The Light, I will never have enough of him. Love is powerful emotion an this novella perfectly shows how true love can change person for better. Add flawless writing and this books is pure perfection!

After everything that happend in previous books, and after evertyhing that Dex and Perry had to go through, I feel strongly connected to them. So obviously, last chapter made me extremely emotional. All Experiment in Terros fans - you are here for a treat. And With Madness Comes The Light is a must read!

This is a must have for all Dex and Perry fans. My favorite line, " I was a former king on my knees in front of the queen. A jester begging for a chance." I like Dex's POV, he is a very intense man.
